*** In Shopify, the quantity field only allows for whole numbers and does not support decimal quantities. This is because the system is designed to track inventory in whole units.
So, when receive product to Shopify store, we will round up the quantity.
Eg: If you fill to receive qty for product 1.11 => the system will update to Shopify Product qty: 2

When a product's quantity reaches or falls below its defined Minimum Inventory level, the system will automatically generate a Purchase Order (PO) for that product. The supplier assigned to each product will be used to create the PO.

However, products that are already included in existing POs that are still open (i.e., not completed, closed, or cancelled) will be excluded from the new PO. This helps prevent duplicate ordering while ensuring stock levels are maintained.

Purchase Orders will be automatically created when product inventory drops to or below the predefined minimum level.
