Enable Auto Create Purchase Order

When a product's quantity reaches or falls below its defined Minimum Inventory level, the system will automatically generate a Purchase Order (PO) for that product. The supplier assigned to each product will be used to create the PO.

However, products that are already included in existing POs that are still open (i.e., not completed, closed, or cancelled) will be excluded from the new PO. This helps prevent duplicate ordering while ensuring stock levels are maintained.
